The seat of stress. The aura of anxiety. The 11+ test.
Our little one is in this boat come September so I know the tension, the real life struggles and the weight on their shoulders all too well.
A few years ago, a lovely friend had a son in the same position – so I offered and made some Lava bead bracelets for him and his friend.
Lava beads are a porous material so I dropped some essential oils in them to give them a scent that would help them through test day. They worked, the rolling of the beads released the oil smell to settle the mind, the rolling of the beads gave a small focus and when anxieties are high something small like this can mean the world.
So - we’re doing one day of powerful making!
During the workshop they will make their own bracelet and choose the scent that is right for them. We’ll also be talking about the power of the breath and how to walk into that room, take that seat and focus the mind!
